Refresh your DIRECTV channels and service

Some issues can be resolved by simply refreshing your DIRECTV receiver. Login to your myAT&T account overview page and select MyDIRECTV. Choose manage package, scroll to manage receivers, and select refresh receiver. Allow several minutes for your receiver to refresh.

Rebooting your receiver

If refreshing your receiver did not solve your problem try rebooting your equipment by pressing the red reset button on your receiver. Allow several minutes for your TV equipment to reset.
